Used for wool applique, two strands of floss and for No. 12 Pearl Cotton Thread.
 
These needles are longer than the Richard Hemming embroidery needles and although it is a Size 7,
I would not recommend them for Pearl Cotton # 8.  The eye is just too small.
 
Wool Crazy Quilters take note of these. They will make sewing through the wool and batting much easier because of their extra length.
